So uncomfortable!

Last night I was laying down watching a movie, and my lower abdomen started aching really bad. Then I started getting sharp pains in my crotch, followed by pressure. Then it changed to a very strong ache and pressure down there until about 5 this morning when I was finally able to fall asleep. It kept me up. Now it has subsided a bit, and it is still uncomfortable, but I wouldnt call it painful anymore. If this doesnt go away soon, I think I will call the doctor.
